We out ran Florence and got in some awesome mile times and agility work outs over the past few weeks at Running Club! The runners were happy to get out all of that hurricane energy by doing ladders and fun games to practice their sprinting and strength.
5k information
We would love to see you out at the Race for Steak at the Angus Barn on Sunday, October 14th. 5k Registration is $70 for adults and $30 for kids, and includes an arm band to get into the festival and events of the day after the 5k! If you choose to register for this 5k, please register under the team name Brassfield Running Club. This is a wonderful event that we have attended for years, and it is for a great cause.
