We had a FANTASTIC running club practice today! We loooooved seeing all of our track 1 runners out there today- most of them were with us for the 1st time this year! We split the group in half and had some runners doing awesome running games on the field while the others ran their 1 mile timed run. We ended running club with some cool down stretches, some strength exercises, and some YOGA! Thank you to Ms. Sholar for teaching us some fun yoga moves. Our award for Positive Attitude this week went to Victor and Wynn! Victor was cheering on his teammates while they were running the mile and helped encourage them on this warm, fall day! Wynn ran her mile with a smile on her face the entire way, and was caught being a good friend to others. Way to go!
